Some important information concerning your language course and your booking

Please read this information carefully so that there will be no misunderstandings. Swedish Express makes big efforts to get satisfied customers.

Try to use the possibility to get in contact to the teacher before the course starts. You can discuss contents, teaching methods etc and you will avoid misunderstandings. The teacher can plan your lessons much better. Do not hesitate to talk to the teacher in the beginning of the course how it works and if the course fullfills your expectations or if there should be some changes.

We are responsible for the language course. You are responsible for accommodation, your trip to Sweden, the food,...

If the teacher of some reason can´t run the course (that has not happened yet), we will try to fix a replace teacher. If that is not possible you will get back the whole course fee!
It is your responsibility to get you a valid health insurance, travel cancellation insurance, accident insurance,...
Doublecheck if you really understand all the information concerning the course you have booked.
We check our emails everyday but we only take contact via telephone if it really is important.

General terms and conditions for group courses

The price you will find on our site is the one which is current.
We reserve your place in a group course first when we have received your registration paper and the course fee on our account. If we do not receive your course fee within 14 days after you have got our invoice we can not guaranty your place. We reserve the right to allocate the space to someone else
If fewer than 3 participants have registered, the number of hours will be reduced to 20 if there are 2 participants. The course will take place! If there is only one registration for a group course, it is possible to book one-to-one lessons directly with the teacher; the course fee already paid will be refunded.
If the course has to be canceled, e.g. because the teacher is ill, the full course fee will be refunded. Swedish Express will not cover any costs already incurred (for travel, accommodation, etc.)!
If a booked course cannot be attended, the following applies to the refund of the course fee:

* Up to 3 months before the start of the course: The course fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of 500 SEK (approx. 45 euros).

* Up to 2 months before the start of the course: 50% of the total course fee will be refunded.

* Up to 1 month before the start of the course: 25% of the total course fee will be refunded.

* From 1 month before the start of the course, the course fee will no longer be refunded

General terms and conditions for one-to-one lessons:

1. Swedish Express provides qualified and experienced teachers for one-to-one lessons.

2. The assigned teacher carries out the individual lessons on their own initiative, meaning that only they (and not Swedish Express) are responsible for content, organization, prices, payment, etc.

These general terms and conditions are valid from 1.11.2023.

Private policy

We do not pass, sell, trade or rent personal details entered on this website, such as your contact details, including e-mail address,.. to others.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited, that includes all the text and all the pictures on our sites.

You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.
